Such authorization may be granted subject to reasonable regulations protecting the public health, safety and welfare, including, but not limited to, sufficient lot size and screening of stored vehicles from the public.
Bone black, carbon black, and lamp black
Brick, clay, or tile manufacture.
Building materials salvage yard.
Bulk storage of explosives.
Canteen service.
Canning and preserving plants.
Cement manufacture and concrete mixing operations.
Charcoal and coke, basic manufacture.
Chemicals, manufacture or processing.
Cinderblock fabrication.
Creosote treatment.
Detergents, soaps and byproducts.
